Vaccine expert on the Covid vaccine outlook, new virus strain

Operation Warp Speed Chief Dr. Moncef Slaoui says vaccine rollout has been slower than expected and that the administration's goal of 20 million vaccinations by the end of the year is "unlikely to be met." Dr. Matt Frieman, who was one of the first people in the U.S. to receive samples of the Covid-19 virus and has worked toward developing a vaccine, joined "Squawk Box" on Thursday to discuss.
