BluePrint Capital's Jacob Walthour explains why he's still bullish on tech stocks

"Tech is still, from a fundamental perspective, the place to be," Jacob Walthour, CEO and co-founder of BluePrint Capital Advisors, told CNBC's "Squawk Box" Wednesday. "What I think we're going to experience here over the course of the first half and second half of 2021 is the potential for tech to still go up but for tech perhaps to not be in a leadership position as it has been for the last 12 months."
