Georgia's special Senate runoff races are nearly too close to call — Here's who's winning

Rev. Raphael Warnock is projected to win the Georgia U.S. Senate runoff, bringing Democrats a step closer to unified control of Congress, according to NBC News projections. Democrat Jon Ossoff was leading Republican Sen. David Perdue in the other Senate runoff with 98 percent of the expected vote counted. Warner's projected victory over Sen. Kelly Loeffler would make the Ebenezer Baptist Church pastor the first Black senator ever elected from Georgia.
