Rare Botticelli portrait to test the limits of the art market

An ultra-rare portrait by the famed Italian painter Sandro Botticelli could fetch $80 million or more when it comes up for sale at Sotheby's Thursday. The painting is know as "Young Man Holding a Roundel" and is believed to have been painted around 1480.
