NYU professor says it's likely U.S. will adopt vaccine passports soon

Arthur Caplan, professor at the NYU School of Medicine, says he predicts it's only a matter of time before the U.S. will start implementing its own vaccine passports. However, he believes vaccine passports will create a divide between the rich and poor. He joins "The News with Shepard Smith" to discuss.
