Feds launch probe of Louisville Police Department more than a year after the shooting of Breonna Taylor

The fatal shooting of Breonna Taylor sparked angry protests and criticisms of the Louisville Police Department. The Justice Department is launching a probe into the Louisville Police Department to see if there is a pattern of discrimination or use of excessive force.
