NJ Gov. Phil Murphy on Biden's budget proposal, SALT deductions

President Joe Biden will release the first detailed budget of his administration. It will reportedly total $6 trillion, pushing federal spending to its highest sustained levels since World War II. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy (D) joined "Squawk Box" on Friday to discuss the proposal and the concerns surrounding high taxes in his state.
