Rep. Josh Gottheimer: 'We're now inches away' from a bipartisan infrastructure deal

After agreeing to a framework for a new infrastructure package, a bipartisan group of 21 senators will head to the White House Thursday to see if they can sell President Joe Biden on the deal. Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio), one of the lead Senate negotiators, and Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ), co-chair of the bipartisan House Problem Solvers Caucus, joined "Squawk Box" on Thursday ahead of the meeting to discuss.
