Watch the U.S. Navy shock test a brand new aircraft carrier

The U.S. Navy set off an explosives test next to aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford. The ship withstood the impact of three 40,000-pound underwater blasts. The tests are conducted with live explosives to test whether the ship can operate under battle conditions. It's the third and final round of scheduled shock trials.
