Markets can 'absolutely' keep hitting fresh record highs, strategist says

Chris Watling, CEO and chief market strategist of Longview Economics, said he thinks stock markets can "absolutely" keep hitting fresh highs unless the Federal Reserve is forced to "slam the breaks on" its easy monetary policy.
