Portwood Capital discusses why Hong Kong property firms differ from those in mainland China

Peter Churchouse of Portwood Capital says the China property companies have burnt themselves with huge debt over the last 15 years, but the average debt ratio in Hong Kong is one of the lowest in the world in terms of the listed property companies seen globally.
