China-India border dispute will not be resolved anytime soon, says former ambassador

Nirupama Rao, a former Indian ambassador to China, says there have been honest attempts from both India and China in the past to resolve the border dispute. But with nationalistic forces on both sides, Rao said she doesn't see either Beijing or New Delhi stepping back when it comes to compromising on a settlement.
