Poland will not receive recovery funds before addressing judiciary concerns: Gentiloni

European Commissioner for Economic Affairs Paolo Gentiloni stressed that without actions from Poland to address concerns of the independence of its judiciary, the country will not receive EU funds to support the economic recovery. Gentiloni also told CNBC's Silvia Amaro that there is a starting point in talks over how to update EU fiscal rules.
