UN Goodwill Ambassador for the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Sabrina Dhowre Elba, joined Tania Bryer on CNBC's Sustainable Future Forum. The model and activist said she has been frustrated by the lack of action to help rural areas who are dealing with the devastating effects of climate change.
