After the biggest bank merger of the decade, newly formed Truist Bank faced a massive challenge: integrating two heritage banks (BB&T and SunTrust) with two different platforms while tackling an unprecedented volume of fraudulent activity. Truist Bank turned to UiPath's Automation Cloud platform to build a digital workforce, automating more than 150 processes and saving the newly merged bank millions of dollars.
