India’s growing power will intensify competition with China, says Singapore diplomat

Chan Heng Chee, Ambassador-at-Large of Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and former Singapore Ambassador to the U.S. says that India has the potential to be a rising power in the global world order and that New Delhi will eventually reach a competitive position against Beijing for dominance in the Asia region.
