After-hours buzz: Boeing, Pfizer & Herbalife

Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Monday:

Boeing - Its shares jumped in after-hours trading after the aerospace manufacturer announced a 50% dividend increase and $10 billion buyback.

Herbalife - The nutritional supplements maker disclosed that its auditor had finished re-auditing its books for the last three fiscal years, along with the current one, and made no material changes. Its shares, which rallied in the immediate aftermath of the news, edged higher in extended-hours trading.

Pfizer - The drug company's shares edged lower in heavy volume in after-hours trading. Pfizer's shares had risen during Monday's regular trading session after it said would increase its first-quarter dividend by 8.3 percent.

KKR Financial Holdings - Shares rallied in after-hours trading after the company and KKR & Co. announced a merger agreement in which KKR would acquire KKR Financial Holdings for $2.6 billion in an all-equity deal.
