After-hours buzz: Netflix, eBay & SanDisk

Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Wednesday:

Netflix - The online video-subscription service reported fourth-quarter earnings per share of 79 cents on $1.18 billion in revenue, versus estimates that called for EPS of 66 cents on $1.17 billion in sales. Its shares jumped in after-hours trading.

Ebay - The online auctioneer posted fourth-quarter earnings per share of 81 cents, excluding some items, on $4.53 billion in revenue, and announced a $5 billion buyback program. Its shares rose sharply in after-hours trading after Carl Icahn disclosed he owns almost 1 percent of its stock.

SanDisk - Its shares climbed in after-hours trading following the chipmaker's reporting of fourth-quarter results.
