After-hours buzz: Tenet Healthcare, Frontier & More

Frank's International - The provider of tubular engineering services tallied fourth-quarter earnings per share of 36 cents on $282.1 million in revenue, versus estimates for EPS of 32 cents on $266 million in revenue. Its shares gained 1.8 percent in after-hours trading.

Frontier Communications - The communications provider posted fourth-quarter earnings per share of 7 cents on revenue of $1.1804 versus estimates for EPS of 6 cents on $1.177 billion in sales. Its shares rose 2.6 percent in extended-hours trading.

Live Nation Entertainment - The concert producer tallied fourth-quarter revenue of $1.61 billion, topping estimates of $1.46 billion in sales. Its shares were up 3 percent in after-hours trading.

Tenet Healthcare - The hospital operator posted a fourth-quarter net loss due to costs mainly due to its financing of its acquisition of Vanguard Health Systems. Its shares rose 0.2 percent in after-hours trading. Its shares were lately off 4.3 percent in extended-hours trading.

Tractor Supply - The operator of retail farm and ranch stores said its board had approved a $1 billion increase to its existing share buyback program, bringing it to $2 billion. Its shares rose 1.7 percent in after-hours trading.

SolarCity - The maker of solar panels delayed the release of its full earnings report, citing accounting linked to recent deals. Its shares declined 4.7 percent in after-hours trading.
