Coldwater Creek has plans to liquidate in wake of a pending bankruptcy filing, according to a report by Bloomberg, citing two sources.
According to the publication, same-store sales fell 17 percent in the third quarter at Coldwater Creek, which hasn't been profitable since 2007.
Bloomberg said a spokesperson for Coldwater Creek declined to comment.
Last week, the Wall Street Journal reported that the women's apparel retailer was getting ready to file for bankruptcy protection.
