CNBC Renews Program Sponsorship Deal with Bank of Singapore

'Entrepreneur Asia' returns for a second season

Singapore, April 14, 2014– CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, and Bank of Singapore renew deal that sees Bank of Singapore sponsoring CNBC's Entrepreneur Asia series for a second consecutive year. Entrepreneur Asia, a 9-part series that looks at the hottest success stories in Asia, airs every Monday from today, April 14, during CNBC's Squawk Box Asia and Street Signs programs at 9:40am and 11:40am (SIN/HK).

Over nine weeks, CNBC will profile nine successful entrepreneurs who have contributed to and shaped Asia's economy. Interviewees will discuss their winning idea, their strategy, lessons learnt, and the challenges they faced as they built and grew their businesses.

Entrepreneur Asia airs across CNBC's network in Asia Pacific. Bank of Singapore's on-air sponsorship includes promos and news minutes running on CNBC Asia Pacific, which highlight important topics discussed in the series and encourages viewers to tune-in. It also includes vignettes featuring Bank of Singapore executives such as its Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Products, sharing their thoughts via interactive discussions on topics such as the common traps that investors tend to fall into, trends in portfolio management and managing risk expectations. Bank of Singapore is also sponsoring a special report page on CNBC.com, which focuses exclusively on issues and challenges facing entrepreneurs in Asia.
