It's good to be the boss—especially when you're 12.

During an interview on CNBC's "Squawk Box," Moziah Bridges revealed his secret of how to balance his business life with, well, life as a 12-year-old. Bridges is a fashion entrepreneur who founded bow-tie company Mo's Bows when he was 9.

"I mean since I am the CEO, I can do it when I feel like it," Bridges told CNBC on Friday.

Thanks to sewing lessons from his grandmother, Bridges founded his company in Memphis in 2011. Since then, he's appeared in glossy fashion magazines and on Shark Tank, where he won the mentorship of FUBU founder Daymond John.
