It's been four years since the world's biggest technology company wowed consumers with a brand new product. Tuesday, Tim Cook plans to reveal Apple's first new product in four years.
Some believe Apple will unveil the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6L, which could boast larger 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screens, respectively.
"If all the rumors surrounding iPhone 6 hold up, I really think this could be Apple's biggest product launch in a long time," said Michael Andronico, associate editor at Laptop Mag.
Some analysts also say that since Apple invited top fashion editors to the launch, it adds to evidence that the company could also unveil the iWatch.
This would be Cook's first new product since taking over the company after the death of Steve Jobs. As such, it will be Cook's biggest chance to emerge from his predecessor's shadow.
"Tim Cook has always been perfecting what Steve Jobs left behind with gadgets like the iPhone and the iPad. The iWatch is brand new and this could really be his product and his chance to make an impact," Andronico said.
