Kickstarter gadget aims to age wine in minutes

The makers of a new machine claim they can make cheap wine taste better with sound waves, the Daily Mail reports.

The Kickstarter project Sonic Decanter by a team based in Seattle, Washington, aims to accelerate the ageing process using ultrasonic waves that break down preservatives, soften tannins and release aromas more common in older wines.
