Greece: Banks to open Monday, restrictions will ease 'gradually'

European Central Bank President Mario Draghi used his monthly press conference to announce that the the bank will increase its emergency funding for Greek banks.

Meanwhile, euro zone finance ministers have announced much-needed bridge financing for the country, after the Greek parliament voted to accept swingeing austerity measures in return for aid.
