Trader: Ride GE back to 2007 highs

I think it can, I think it can. Is GE the little engine that could?

Well it has been a quite tumultuous path in the last decade for this blue chip. GE's stock price barrel-rolled from $42 a share in late 2007 to $7 a share in March 2009 and now seemingly has a full head of steam to get back over that hill of $30 (the highest level in seven years).

GE is up nearly 20 percent year to date, so the question is, can this engine keep on chugging?
