Popular messaging app Snapchat acknowledged early Tuesday that its service was experiencing an extended outage.
Though the company said on its official Twitter account that it is aware of users having loading issues, it provided no estimated time for when the problem would be resolved.
TechCrunch initially reported that tracking service Down Detector showed Snapchat's problems first began at 5:37 a.m. ET.
