Stocks are rallying on Wednesday, with the Dow, and Nasdaq on pace for their biggest 3-day gains since August 2015.

Despite the huge move, the major averages are still down for the year.

BMO Global Asset Management Head of Equities Ernesto Ramos tells CNBC's "Power Lunch" this is the time to look at quality names.

"We've been underweight some of the highest, more speculative growth stocks. Of the FANGs, we've been long-term holders of Alphabet, bought Facebook last summer and added Amazon in the 4th quarter. Don't own Netflix," Ramos said.

A smaller company Ramos recently added to portfolio is Align Technology, which makes the Invisalign clear braces.

"Thus far, their main target market has been adults, but they are starting to move into the much larger teen market. Growth is strong, they sold 25 percent more product in Q4 vs last year," Ramos said.

Alphabet, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix and Align are all higher during trading.
