Glenn Fedale

At 36 years old, Glenn Fedale is a life-long entrepreneur. As a kid, he was always hustling for money, doing anything from mowing lawns to cleaning out gutters to running a paper route. As the oldest of 10 children, having an income meant getting to buy new sneakers and jeans. His girlfriend's mother was looking for a roof contractor and Glenn knew he could build it for much cheaper than her competing quotes. He convinced her to give him the job, hired two friends to help him with the work and made his first company income of $800. Glenn also owns profitable commercial real estate, 100 rental properties, a concrete company, a tattoo studio in Miami and his latest business venture – an Asian fusion gastro pub (opening March 2015). Glenn has spent the largest sum of his money on homes. His main residence is a 5,000 square foot, five bed, three bath house in Hockessin, Delaware that has three fireplaces, an enormous pool, a man cave basement, and a solid stone bar. Glenn also owns a vacation home in Ocean City, Maryland.
