* Announces retirement of CEO john burris
* Martin Roesch, founder, chief technology officer and member of board, will
continue to serve as interim CEO
* Says burris remains a member of the board of directors and will participate
as his health permits
* Says board of directors conduct a search for mr. burris' successor
* Expects revenue and adjusted net income per share to be slightly above the
high end of its guidance ranges
