Oct 5 (Reuters) - Ur-Energy Inc :
* Energy's lost creek project now fully permitted receives record of decision
from Bureau of Land Management
* Says facility construction will start this month at the Lost Creek project
site
* During next six to nine months, co will invest $30 to $40 million in project,
located in sweetwater county, Wyoming
* Says first production from Lost Creek is forecast for early summer of 2013
* Project is expected to produce more than 7 million pounds of uranium
yellowcake at designed rate of 1 million pounds per year
