Oct 9 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Baa3 rating to the proposed USD bonds to be issued by LS Finance (2022) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lifestyle International Holding Ltd., which will guarantee the bonds.
