Australia's Iluka shares drop on Q1 revenue slump

MELBOURNE, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Shares in mineral sands miner Iluka Resources fell as much as 8.7 percent in early trade on Thursday after it reported a sharp slump in first quarter revenue.

Iluka's shares fell to a five-week low of A$8.80 shortly after the open and last traded down 6.5 percent at A$9.01.
