Herbalife - Shares of the nutrition and skin-care products company edged higher in extended-hours trading, after tumbling for a second day in the regular session. Shares have plunged more than 20 percent in the last two days after widely-followed hedge fund manager Bill Ackman said he was short the company's stock. Ackman said the company is a "pyramid scheme" that has grown rapidly without demonstrating "much substance" to justify the growth.
Micron Technology - The chipmaker posted a loss of 27 cents a share on revenue of $1.83 billion, missing expectations for a loss of 20 cents a share on sales of $2.01 billion. Shares tumbled in extended-hours trading.
Red Hat - The software company posted earnings of 29 cents a share, excluding one-time items, matching expectations, on revenue of $344 million, topping estimates for $338 million. Shares jumped in extended-hours trading.
Cintas - The uniform provider posted earnings of 63 cents a share, edging past expectations by a penny a share, while revenue met expectations. Meanwhile, the company handed in a full-year 2013 revenue guidance that topped Wall Street estimates, sending shares higher in extended-hours trading.
Tibco Software - The software company posted earnings of 42 cents a share, excluding one-time items, topping expectations by 3 cents a share. Meanwhile, revenue fell slightly short of expectations. Still, shares rallied in extended-hours trading.
Adobe - The software company said it acquired privately held social media company Behance. Financial terms were not disclosed. Shares edged higher in extended-hours trading.
Edison International - The utilities company increases its quarterly dividend by 4 percent to 33.75 cents a share from 32.5 cents a share.
