Boeing - The Federal Aviation Administration approved the Boeing Commercial Airplane Company's certification plan for the redesigned 787 battery system. Shares edged higher in extended-hours trading.

Urban Outfitters - The clothing retailer announced its COO Freeman Zausner will retire at the end of June.

Majesco Entertainment - The videogame publisher posted a loss of 2 cents a share, excluding one-time items, on revenue of $24 million. Analysts expected the company to post a loss of 3 cents a share on sales of $29 million. Meanwhile, the company said it continues to expect a loss for full-year 2013, sending shares sharply lower in extended-hours trading.

Peregrine Pharmaceutical - The biopharmaceutical company posted a loss of 4 cents a share, on revenue of $7 million, topping expectations for a loss of 7 cents a share on sales of $4 million. Shares jumped in extended-hours trading.
