Take-Two Interactive Software - The videogame publisher posted earnings of 38 cents a share on sales of $303 million, exceeding Wall Street expectations for 23 cents a share on revenue of $280 million. Shares rallied in extended-hours trading.

Hewlett-Packard - The IT giant said it has "no interest" in selling Britain's tech firm Autonomy, according to a report from AllThingsD, citing a statement from HP. AllThingsD also reported that HP said it sees Autonomy playing a role in its long term strategy. The report came after the London Times earlier this month said that HP had been in talks with SAP about selling Autonomy.
