Mark Kingdon is president of Kingdon Capital Management, an investment management company that he founded in 1983. He previously worked for eight years at investment firm Century Capital Associates, and he began his career with AT&T as a pension fund administrator.
Kingdon is the 2003 recipient of Institutional Investor/Alternative Investment News' first Lifetime Achievement Award.
He is a member of the Columbia College Board of Visitors and serves on the boards of the Harlem Children's Zone, Carnegie Hall, the New York City Police Foundation and the Academy of Political Science.
