When the super rich want to give their private jets an extreme makeover, one of the designers they turn to is Eric Roth at International Jet Interiors in Ronkonkoma, N.Y. A private jet is one of a billionaire's ultimate luxuries and Roth's clients take "super rich" to a whole new level.

"I've got certain people that will come up to me and say, 'He's got a Rolls, he's got a Bentley, he's got a Ferrari.' My clients buy their kids those cars," Roth said.

Roth doesn't like to say "no," and his clients can come up with some pretty outrageous requests. Want to put gold on every fixture in your jet? That's no problem. Looking for a toilet seat covered in alligator skin for the lavatory? Done!

"We had one client who was a producer and he said, 'I'm going to go from coast to coast, and what I want to do is be able to edit my films on the fly," Roth said. "And that's exactly what we did."

Roth told CNBC the movie theater alone cost about $1 million and a complete customization can rack up a multimillion dollar tab, but when you've already spent tens of millions to buy the jet that's really no big deal.

Of course billionaires have no trouble finding International Jet Interiors, but Roth's location is intentionally private and low key. Driving past, this industrial park in Long Island you would never know millions of dollars' worth of private jets (with some very famous owners) are parked inside—there's not even a sign on the door.
