Watch Art Cashin: Wall Street expects 'Cinderella move'

Art Cashin says Wall Street traders are still expecting a "Cinderella move" on Capitol Hill that would avert a partial government shutdown threatened for tomorrow.

Cashin, UBS' director of floor operations at the NYSE, told CNBC's Bob Pisani around midday that if there is no last-minute solution, "there's going to be real disappointment."
