Philip Morris (PM): It's got attractive growth, said Cramer. And with the dividend, I can bless this stock

Visa (V): This is one of my favorite stocks, said Cramer. If it sells off on a government shut down I'm a buyer. I see it as a play on the global transition from paper currency to plastic.

Rockwell Medical (RMTI): I don't know enough about this stock, said Cramer. I want to do some homework before I opine.

Pandora (P): It's a cult stock, said Cramer. There are people who love it. But I can't bless a cult stock.

Cheniere Energy (LNG): If you have gains, I'd ring the register, said Cramer. Don't get too greedy.

Isis Pharmaceuticals (ISIS): I like it, said Cramer.

8X8 Inc. (EGHT): It's moved up a lot already, said Cramer. There are better places to make money in the market.

NPS Pharmaceuticals (NPSP): They have multiple drugs coming out, said Cramer. They have a big product portfolio. I'm behind this one.
