Fab CEO's 3,500-word mea culpa

It's rare for a CEO to make a public apology for missteps—and even rarer for one to issue a 3,500-word letter cataloging those mistakes in intricate detail. But Fab.com CEO Jason Goldberg has done just that, much to the public's surprise.
