Aeropostale - The casual-apparel retailer reported a loss of $70 million in the fourth quarter and projected a first-quarter loss of 70 cents to 75 cents a share. It plans to close 50 Aeropostale Stores and two P.S. stores. Its shares dropped more than 12 percent in after-hours trading.
Raptor Pharmaceuticals - Shares of the development-stage biotechnology company declined nearly 12 percent in after-hours trading after it reported fourth-quarter results.
Amazon.com - The online retailer continued to rise in heavy, after-hours trading volume after it disclosed it was hiking the price of its Prime membership.
Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance - The beauty-products retailer's shares climbed 6.1 percent in after-hours trading after it reported fourth-quarter results.
Codexis - The maker of industrial enzymes rallied 4.7 percent in after-hours trading after releasing fourth-quarter results and announcing the sale of its subsidiary in Hungary to Intrexon for $1.5 million.
