Citigroup - The bank reported earnings excluding items of $1.30 a share on revenue of $20.1 billion, beating estimates of $1.14 a share on $19.36 billion in sales.

Visa - Robert W. Baird upgraded the card-transaction processor to outperform from neutral.

Microsoft - Deutsche Bank downgraded its the software company to hold from buy.

Johnson & Johnson - Jefferies downgraded the pharmaceutical company to hold from buy.

Eli Lilly - Jefferies upgraded its shares to hold from underperform.

Lexicon Pharmaceuticals - The company said its experimental diabetes treatment hit the key goal in a clinical test.

Edwards Lifesciences - The company won a court order curbing sales of Medtronic's CoreValve system after a prior ruling that the device infringed on patents held by Edwards.
