Facebook - Shares of the social network gained in after-hours trading after the Financial Times cited people close to the process in reporting the company was readying to join the mobile-payments competition by offering electronic-money services.

Pep Boys - The provider of automotive maintenance and repair services declined in after-hours trading after reporting fourth-quarter results below expectations.

SemiLEDS - Shares fell after the Taiwanese developer of light emitting diode, or LED, chips and components reported second-quarter results.

Bank of America - Shares of the bank fell in after-hours trading, two days before it reports first-quarter earnings.
