It hasn't been a good few days for airlines on Twitter.
US Airways scrambled to apologize on Monday after what should have been an ordinary response to a customer became a lewd image of a woman in a compromising position with a toy airplane.
After a few minutes the airline deleted the tweet and apologized.
The airline's apology was retweeted nearly 4,000 times within 20 minutes.
Earlier Monday, Dutch police confirmed they had arrested a 14-year-old girl for a weekend tweet in which she pretended to be an Al Qaeda member from Afghanistan threatening a summer attack against an airline.
