Kate Moss launched her new collection at Topshop's flagship store in London late Tuesday, with the supermodel telling CNBC it is "amazing" to see people wearing her designs.
The new line-up, based on a 1970s theme, sees Moss collaborating with the British fashion retailer after a four-year hiatus.
"Our relationship is really good and I feel confident when we talk together. We have the same ideas, the same outlook on what is important," said Moss, speaking with CNBC's Tania Bryer about her decision to team up with Topshop again.

"Just seeing girls walking down Oxford Street and they look so good in it is very flattering," Moss said, referring to her designs.
The launch event for the new fashion line saw large crowds outside Topshop's flagship store on London's Oxford Street during rush-hour.
The fashion union between Moss and Topshop started in 2007 and the latest collection sees a higher price tag on some items, with one hand-beaded gown selling for £600 ($1,009).
Topshop is well known for its affordable style. The collection launches in some 39 countries and covers the U.S. and Asia.

"The goods have been dispatched all over the world and it seems that everything's landed everywhere. So all being well, we should be open for business across the world," Philip Green, the CEO of Arcadia Group which includes the Topshop brand, told CNBC.
Asked what was different about the new collection from Kate Moss, Green said: "She's learnt from the past what works and what doesn't work."
"On a personal level she's got a lot more engaged in it," said Green.
