After-hours buzz: DuPont, Nike & more

Check out which companies are making headlines after the bell Thursday:

DuPont - The supplier of agricultural chemicals lowered its operating earnings outlook for the second quarter and 2014. Its shares dropped in after-hours trading.

Nike - The seller of athletic footwear and apparel reported fourth-quarter earnings per share of 78 cents on $7.43 billion in revenue. Analysts had expected EPS of 75 cents on $7.34 billion in sales. Shares rose in after-hours trading.

Progress Software - The software company posted second-quarter adjusted earnings per share of 37 cents on $80.8 million in revenue, versus estimated EPS of 34 cents on $78 million in sales. Shares jumped in after-hours trading.
