Russia's Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Service (VPSS) will suspend Ukrainian soy, soymeal and sunseed imports starting from Aug. 1 due to breach of phytosanitary requirements, Interfax news agency said, citing the service.

The move is the latest trade ban from Moscow following new Western sanctions against Russia's policy over Ukraine.
