The European Central Bank (ECB) and Bank of England kept their key rates unchanged Thursday.
At his reular press conference, ECB President Mario Draghi hit back at reports of dissent among its governing body, and hinted at the possibility of further aggressive stimulus measures.
"It is fairly normal to disagree about things," Draghi told reporters after the bank decided to keep interest rates at their record lows.
