Spain's FCC says no deal with Soros, in talks with Mexico's Carso

Spain's FCC said on Monday talks with Soros Fund had finished without closing a deal on any investment in the Spanish construction and services company.

It was now in exclusive talks with Control Empresarial de Capitales, which belongs to Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim's Inmobiliaria Carso, FCC said in a statement to the stock exchange regulator.
